Great car seat for a great price!,
I bought this car seat for my 14mo daughter, and she loves it! It has soft cushions and is very comfortable. She frequently falls asleep in it and looks comfortable and happy. We recently took a road trip where we were in the car for 4 days driving an average of about 7 hours a day, and she only got fussy toward the very end.
It was easy to figure out how to install, and I love how the straps can easily adjust from the front while she is sitting in it. The chest clip is a little tricky to unfasten at first but after about a week I got used to it.
The only con I can really give is that it reclines really far in the rear-facing position. That makes it really comfortable for my daughter, but in my small car (Toyota Corolla) the passenger seat has to be pushed pretty far forward. I am pretty short (5’2”) so it doesn’t bother me too much, but for a taller person it would be pretty uncomfortable to sit there. It would probably work better in the center seat but I already have an infant carrier in that position for my 2nd child who will be arriving soon.
Bottom line, this is an excellent car seat and I don’t see any reason to pay more for a “fancier” one.

|Very satisfied,
So far I have only used this car seat rear facing but it has worked perfectly. Quality is great, and it looks great too. My baby seems comfortable and sleeps well in it (which is a must!!) It was actually quite simple to install (ok, I made my husband do it, but he had no problems). I love that the seat goes up to 50 lbs. forward facing! It seems most other brands only go to 40, so that’s a plus. All in all, we are very satisfied with the purchase, it was very worth the price!

|Good value,
We bought this as a travel car seat since it is good quality and much lighter than the ones we use in our van/truck. We previously owned the Evenflo Titan for almost a year before the airline crushed it (ran over it). The straps are easy to raise, when the seat is “not” installed. When installed, you can easily loosen or tighten with the cord at the bottom while baby/toddler is in the seat. The seat is easy to install/latch in most rental vehicles. This upgraded version (Elite) has a little nicer fabric/design and a recline feature that we will use in the future. Instructions included with the seat are very easy to understand.
If you use this as a travel car seat, it will pay for itself in 1-2 trips as the car rental agencies charge $75 on up to rent a car seat for a week…and it is your own “clean” and well adjusted seat that your child would be used to.
