A great seat, regardless of price,
We were a bit skeptical of this, as it was the cheapest seat of this type we could find on Amazon. We bought it because we live outside the US and were coming to the US to visit family. Figured for roughly $50, it was worth it to use it only for the few weeks we’d be visiting and then leave it for next year’s US trip. What we found was it’s a more comfortable, more practical, better looking, easier-to-clean seat than the two we have at home that cost twice the price. Don’t be scared away by its low price; this is an excellent seat.

This was a gift for my granddaughter’s almost 3 year old. He loves it….fits very securely in it….easy to install….great product.

If you need a car seat for short term, this is a good car seat. It is lightweight, not much substance to it compared to others I have used. If I were using it for long term, I would spend a few dollars more and buy a more substantial one. I see this lasting for a short time. However, for short term and the price, it is a good buy. Purchased for a 17 month old. Not sure I would use it for a child up to the weight limit specified, I just don’t think it would hold up very long.
Summary: buy if you need a short term car seat or for a lightweight child. Otherwise, you might want to spend a little more and buy a more substantial seat for long term or older child use.
