Perfect for a one year old. I bought a different version, same authur for each of my three kids when they were one. All three loved to open the flaps and say ‘peekboo’ and I loved hearing them! They looked at them so often the flaps tore off which is not a knock on the quality because the books are made of sturdy board, it’s just how much my kids looked at them.

Lots of touch and feel pages. Our son really likes the front cover — the tummy is furry on the bear. As usualy, great series for a 6 month old+.

We bought this book for our son, who will be 6 months old next week. He loves it! We bought him several books for Christmas, but this is definitely his favorite. He will let you read other books, but he still wants to hold on to this one. The pages are sturdy enough that he can hold them and open and close the flap while we say, “Peek-a-boo!”We plan to buy more in this series.
